Due to Covid 19 affecting our suppliers lead times could be longer. Allow up to 8 weeks, we will endeavour to get them to you sooner when possible. Thank you for your purchase and supporting our small business.

Return and refund policy

Do not return any items to us without contacting us first at atneedideas@gmail.com. If a product is damaged please send us an email with receipt before sending and including accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, Please note the following: (i) Our Products are unique and printed, designed for you to purchase. Sale Items can not be returned unless faulty.  We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or insurance.  We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your return and we don't accept responsibility for lost items.

Delivery policy

We will update you with delivery as our products are freshly printed for each order, and could take longer than the allocated time and are out of our control by a third party.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
