Dance to the tune of life! We work we play but we do have to have fun along the way! Take a moment out of the week to move those hips and feet to your favourite tunes. I find myself doing it sitting at my computer. When my daughter was really young she used to dance in the supermarket aisle, it was joyous. It helps our mental health and transports us to a happy place even for a few moments! So shake those hips and dance.......come on you know you want to.
