Easy Peasy Smoked Salmon with Strawberries!

I love the taste of Scottish smoked salmon so we made this easy peasy recipe with a layer of cottage cheese topped with salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, pomegranite, and water cress on rye, seeded crackers, topped with you guessed it Smoked Salmon and strawberries. Really refreshing and yummy!
